Production Manager | Food Industry Work Location: **Mauá da Serra – PR** **Relocation is mandatory** We are looking for a **Production Manager** to join a food industry company undergoing growth and process professionalization. This position plays a strategic role in managing industrial operations, leading teams, and ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety of production processes. Main Responsibilities * Manage production operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality; * Lead production teams, promoting development, engagement, and operational discipline; * Plan and monitor performance indicators (OEE, productivity, losses, efficiency); * Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and good manufacturing practices; * Act decisively on standardization and continuous improvement of processes; * Collaborate closely with Maintenance, Quality, PCP, Logistics, and Procurement departments; * Support implementation and consolidation of management systems and industrial controls; * Manage costs, reduce losses, and improve operational efficiency. Technical Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; * Solid experience in production management within the **food industry**; * Experience leading operational and technical teams; * Knowledge of industrial KPIs and management tools; * Experience implementing or improving production processes; * Familiarity with quality and food safety standards; * **Willingness to relocate to Mauá da Serra – PR**.
