Responsibilities and Duties * **Customer Support:** Greet customers and assist with preliminary frame selection. * **Sales Support:** Assist the senior sales associate throughout the entire customer service and closing process. * **Organization:** Maintain display cases and the sales floor immaculate and well-organized. * **Administrative Tasks:** Register customers in the system, verify service orders, and communicate with laboratories. * **After-sales Service:** Track deliveries and follow up with customers for satisfaction feedback. Requirements and Qualifications * **Completed High School Education** (Currently pursuing a university degree is a plus). * **Experience in Sales or Customer Service** (Retail, reception, or insurance sectors). * **Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.** * **Willingness to learn:** Prior experience in opticianry is not required, as we provide comprehensive training. * **Location:** Living near or having easy access to the Leme neighborhood will be considered an important advantage.
