The focus is to ensure smooth internal processes, strategic interface with suppliers to meet SLAs, and agile resolution of critical cases and operational exceptions. **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** * Lifecycle Management (E2E): Responsible for all registration, database maintenance, and terminal/payment solution logistics processes; * Equipment Maintenance Support Management; * Supplier Interface: Direct management of external partners to ensure service delivery and fulfillment strictly within established SLAs; * Cross-Departmental Coordination: Acting as a facilitator across all company departments to ensure adherence to procedures and correct execution of operational processes; * Exception Management: Identifying and resolving critical cases, mitigating impacts and ensuring operational continuity; * Quality and Compliance: Ensuring all workflows comply with company and payments industry guidelines. Performing internal controls in accordance with Risk Department specifications, and being responsible for executing activities required to meet regulatory requirements; * Acting as the focal point for relationships with Acquirers, Banks, and Partners; * Taking ownership of identifying, enabling, and promoting process improvements with internal teams, partners, and customers; * Conducting process reviews and developing proposals focused on automation and innovation; * Proposing and implementing solutions for complex problems or incidents, assessing business impact to minimize and correct identified risks; * Generating operational monitoring indicators (e.g., KPIs, SLAs, volumes); * Monitoring settlement for all Sub-acquiring clients, working with partners and suppliers to improve performance and mitigate any impact.
