Job Summary: Professional responsible for promoting and disseminating Cactvs initiatives, products, and services, conducting follow-up visits, preparing reports for rural microentrepreneurs, and maintaining relationships with partners. Key Highlights: 1. Promote initiatives and services for rural microentrepreneurs 2. Maintain relationships with partner organizations 3. Participate in rural microfinance events **Employment Type:** CLT 100% on-site with a 44-hour weekly work schedule Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Local Time) **Responsibilities and Activities:** Organize meetings, gatherings, and lectures to promote Cactvs initiatives, products, and services. Receive and forward proposals. Conduct follow-up, guidance, and capacity-building visits to rural microentrepreneurs served by Cactvs; Prepare reports and assessments regarding the enterprises of rural microentrepreneurs served by Cactvs; Participate in microfinance-related events within the agent's operational region, with a focus on rural areas; Maintain relationships with partner organizations (rural unions, rural associations, SENAR, State and Municipal Governments) to promote and develop Cactvs initiatives in rural areas. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Completed or ongoing Technical Education in Agriculture, Agricultural Technician, Animal Husbandry Technician, or related fields, with active registration in the respective professional council; Own vehicle and valid driver's license (Category A or B) **Salary:** R$ 2\.671,75 **Hazard Pay (30% of Base Salary):** R$ 801,53 **Benefits:** **Meal Voucher \+ Food Allowance:** R$ 1\.000,00 Vehicle Depreciation Reimbursement **Fuel Voucher\*\*:** \*\* R$ 600,00 Health and Dental Insurance Life Insurance Day Off Cactvs Educa (50% scholarship)
