Here, code solves real problems, and good ideas quickly become improvements. * Develop, maintain, and evolve production systems, ensuring stability, security, and scalability. * Work with databases and API integrations, building and optimizing automations that support our operational workflows. * Refactor and improve third-party service integrations, support the internal team on technical matters, and analyze platform usage to propose continuous improvements. * Participate in special projects—including new automations, internal tools, and product features—always prioritizing efficiency and tangible impact. If you already: * Have experience developing production software, understand databases and APIs well, and prioritize writing clean, organized, and secure code. * Are proactive, meet deadlines, think systemically, and solve problems without waiting for instructions. * Enjoy automation, scalable systems, and feel comfortable working remotely with autonomy, strong communication, and accountability for deliverables. * Have experience with infrastructure or email deliverability, worked in B2B companies, possess DevOps knowledge, and are familiar with technologies such as Supabase (PostgreSQL, authentication, and security) and tools like Airtable, Stripe, Render, Vercel, or similar.
