Main Responsibilities: * Planning and executing sales strategies to increase productivity and achieve established targets; * Leading and developing the sales team, ensuring a motivating and productive work environment; * Monitoring and evaluating results, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing corrective actions when necessary; * Ensuring excellence in customer service, consistently striving for customer satisfaction and loyalty; * Managing conflicts to maintain a healthy organizational climate and resolve issues appropriately; * Developing and executing merchandising strategies to ensure attractive product displays in stores; * Performing inventory management tasks, including inventory control, restocking, and product organization; * Serving as the liaison between the sales team and the Marketing team, providing relevant market and customer profile information. Requirements: * Prior experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetics sector; * Proven ability to manage teams with a results-oriented focus; * Flexibility and adaptability to handle diverse and unforeseen situations; * Strong argumentation and negotiation skills with internal and external customers; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service practices; * Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is considered an advantage.
