Opportunities for ongoing training and development. **Sales Assistant** We are looking for a Sales Assistant with experience in the hair cosmetics segment and knowledge of colorimetry to actively work in perfumeries, pharmacies, hair cosmetic stores, and supermarkets. The professional will be responsible for promoting product sales, conducting personalized customer outreach, and presenting solutions tailored to customers’ hair care needs. **Responsibilities:** * Promote and boost sales of hair cosmetics through proactive and suggestive customer engagement at sales points such as perfumeries, pharmacies, cosmetic stores, and supermarkets. * Present and demonstrate products, highlighting their benefits and technical features—including correct usage based on colorimetry—and provide personalized consulting to customers. * Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable hair care products, leveraging technical expertise and knowledge of different hair types. * Stay updated on market trends and offer usage and application tips to optimize results. * Ensure proper product display and restocking on shelves, aligning presentation with the company’s merchandising strategies. * Maintain positive relationships with store owners and staff to foster a favorable sales environment. * Monitor product performance in stores and provide feedback and sales behavior insights. * Support promotional activities, events, and campaigns to maximize sales and product visibility. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a sales promoter, preferably in the hair cosmetics sector. * Technical knowledge of colorimetry and hair cosmetics, with the ability to guide customers toward products best suited to their hair type. * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on consultative and suggestive selling. * Ability to conduct product demonstrations and build trust-based relationships with customers. * Availability to work across diverse sales points, including perfumeries, pharmacies, cosmetic stores, and supermarkets. * Excellent communication skills, approachability, and professional demeanor. * Proactivity and motivation to achieve sales targets. **We Offer:** * Fixed salary + sales commissions. * Benefits including transportation allowance, meal allowance, and health insurance. * Opportunities for ongoing training and development. * A dynamic and challenging work environment with professional growth potential.
