If you identify with our purpose, shall we together imagine a future—and engineer it? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Control activities comprising the project scope, verifying adherence to milestones defined for the project, thereby contributing to fulfillment of contractual requirements. **Detailed Description:** * Execute activities related to project phases following the logical sequence, to meet the critical path (sequence of longest-duration activities) established in the construction schedule. * Adhere to the execution schedule, meeting stages identified in construction planning, applying implemented controls to ensure compliance with established deadlines. * Monitor activity progress through site visits, data collection, report generation, and other measures, to provide relevant information supporting timely deliverables. * Generate and disseminate periodic construction progress reports, highlighting advancements, bottlenecks, losses, and key risks inherent to execution, aiming to meet initially scheduled and planned deadlines. * Participate in periodic construction planning and control meetings with service providers to monitor deadlines and align necessary actions for schedule compliance. * Attend interface-area meetings related to contracts within your area of responsibility, to align and identify potential interferences impacting planned project development. * Perform assigned tasks per received planning, under supervision and/or support from more technically proficient professionals or immediate managers—even for occasional guidance or problem resolution.
