




Job Summary: Assist in implementing the PCMSO (Program for Control of Occupational Health Hazards), perform administrative tasks, accompany employees involved in incidents, deliver training, and provide support in occupational safety and health. We value inclusion in our workplace, and all candidates are evaluated based on education and technical qualifications. **\#SOMOSMILPLAN** **Description:** Assist in implementing and developing the PCMSO at the site; perform administrative tasks (e.g., controlling and archiving dossiers, issuing medical examination referral forms, etc.); accompany employees involved in occupational incidents or accidents or absent due to illness, acting as an assistant to occupational physicians; deliver training related to health, hygiene, and risk prevention; conduct health campaigns and programs; and provide technical and administrative support for occupational safety and health processes. * Provide occupational health assistance to employees, as directed by the technical team. * Perform basic nursing care and occupational nursing procedures. * Participate in employee health promotion and prevention programs. * Assist in managing occupational medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work, job function change, and termination exams). * Control and organize medical records and occupational health-related documents. * Accompany employees absent due to illness or work-related accidents. * Deliver health, hygiene, and risk prevention training and campaigns. * Support ergonomics and workplace quality-of-life initiatives. * Assist in investigating occupational incidents and accidents, contributing data for analysis. * Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. * Support occupational health indicator management. * Perform administrative tasks related to occupational health. **Requirements:** * Occupational Nursing Technician with active COREN registration. **Knowledge:** * First aid. * Labor and social security legislation. * Basic occupational safety concepts. * Basic computer skills.
