Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of the enterprise’s machines, equipment, and tools—including mechanical systems, hydraulic installations, gas systems, civil buildings, and others—to ensure optimal operation. Respond to requests from apartments and departments as needed, resolving incidents to ensure satisfaction of internal and external customers.
