Monitor service execution to ensure compliance with the quality management system. Perform post-completion service verification and complete the PIS form. Manage resolution of pending service tasks. Assist with workplace safety in accordance with current regulations. Support the site manager and engineering assistant in implementing best practices for waste reduction, financial and environmental resource conservation, organization, and cleanliness. Assist in resolving daily operational problems by reallocating tasks, releasing services, controlling quality and quantity of work performed. Position based in Gravataí / RS.
