Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as a** ***SENIOR DATA PRODUCT OWNER*** **are:** * Act as the owner of the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products under your governance, ensuring alignment with business objectives; * Translate corporate and strategic needs into clear, prioritized, and actionable requirements for data teams; * Define and evolve data contracts, success metrics, SLAs, and data product quality criteria; * Ensure data products adhere to best practices in governance, information security, privacy, and compliance throughout their entire lifecycle; * Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Security, Legal, and business areas; * Prioritize backlog, lead refinement sessions, and support technical decisions focused on impact, value, and feasibility; * Monitor adoption, usage, and value generated by data products, driving continuous improvement; * Serve as the central point of contact for communication, alignment, and escalation of risks, dependencies, and blockers related to data products. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Completed degree in Engineering, Technology, or related fields; * Solid experience as a Data Product Owner, Product Owner, or equivalent role; * Ability to define requirements for data quality, observability, reliability, and governance; * Experience with large-scale data ingestion, transformation, and delivery processes; * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) applied to data teams; * Experience managing backlogs, defining OKRs, product metrics, and tracking outcomes; * Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, version control (Git), and DevOps best practices in the context of data products; * Strong analytical skills, clear communication, and a business- and value-driven delivery mindset. **Additional Information** Work Location: Remote Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with flexible options between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. **At YDUQS, you’ll find:** * **Tuition scholarships** up to 100% for employees, legal dependents, and affiliates (parents, siblings).
