Interaction with banks and sales teams to optimize processes Responsible for providing comprehensive support to dealership F\&I operations, acting as the liaison between commercial teams and financial institutions. Performs customer registration, credit analysis and monitoring, formalization and issuance of documents, ensuring agility, accuracy, and compliance with internal and banking regulations. Primarily serves internal customers, utilizing the FANDI system and financial platforms to ensure operational fluidity and adherence to corporate credit and insurance policies. **Responsibilities and Duties** 2\. Main Responsibilities 1\. Receive, verify, and submit customer registration forms for credit analysis via the FANDI system and banking portals. 2\. Monitor the status of credit proposals, ensuring timely feedback to sales teams and management. 3\. Interact with banks and finance companies to ensure proposal approval and formalization. 4\. Issue and process cancellations of invoices for financial products and services with the Finance Department. 5\. Maintain operational reporting controls (daily, weekly, and monthly) on proposals, approvals, rejections, and bundled products. 6\. Ensure documentary compliance with banking requirements and internal credit policies. 7\. Support the F\&I manager and team in executing operational KPIs and maintaining the database. 3\. Mandatory certification: Banking Correspondent (FEBRABAN or equivalent).
