If you enjoy working collaboratively, can easily translate technical data into strategic insights, and maintain a strong results orientation, join our team. **Location:** Nova Lima / MG **Work Modality:** On-site **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Management, Technology, Project Management, or Digital Transformation (preferred). **Languages:** * Advanced English (C1) **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the entire IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud, endpoints, telecommunications, CCTV, and hybrid environments. * Lead cybersecurity and LGPD initiatives, covering policies, controls, risk management, and incident response. * Coordinate the support team, developing internal IT capabilities and reducing external dependencies and operational risks. * Administer and evolve corporate systems such as ERP Sankhya, CRM, ITSM, integrations, and automations. * Establish and maintain IT governance, ensuring policies, processes, KPIs, SLAs, and efficient demand management. * Translate business needs into viable technological solutions, balancing cost, risk, and return. * Lead digital transformation projects, process automation, system integration, and continuous improvement. * Define and execute the IT strategy, aligning technology with business objectives and corporate strategy. * Evaluate market trends and propose innovative initiatives that strengthen and transform the business. * Manage vendors and negotiate contracts related to the IT area. * Act as the focal point during headquarters audits, ensuring evidence submission and compliance of internal workflows and processes. **Required Knowledge:** * IT infrastructure (networks, servers, virtualization, cloud, endpoints) and business-support systems (CRM, ERP, etc.); * IT governance, with focus on ITSM or similar frameworks; * Information security and fundamentals of LGPD; * Digital transformation solutions (RPA, AI, etc.); * Contract management, software licensing, and vendor management; * Monitoring of IT performance indicators (KPIs, SLAs); * IT financial management (budget, CAPEX/OPEX); **Desirable Requirements:** - Experience with public and hybrid cloud (Azure, AWS or similar), RPA, process automation, and low-code/no-code platforms; - Knowledge of solution architecture and complex integrations; * Familiarity with ERP Sankhya; * Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, industry, compliance); **Behavioral Competencies:** * Strategic and systemic vision * Strong orientation toward governance, processes, and discipline * Inspirational and collaborative leadership * Ability to influence senior stakeholders * Clear, structured, and intercultural communication * Continuous improvement mindset (Kaizen) * Data-driven decision-making * Resilience and ability to operate in complex environments
