Join us in building Latin America’s largest and best healthcare access platform! **Financial Operations Manager (Finance)** We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team and take a leading role in managing the group’s financial operations. This position requires strong analytical capability, organizational skills, and finance expertise related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and banking relationships. As a FinOps Manager, your mission will be to directly support the CFO in managing the group’s financial operations, serving as the focal point for executing the company’s expansion strategy from a financial operations perspective. **Responsibilities:** * Lead group financial operations (accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, collections, and treasury); * Manage and forecast direct and indirect cash flow; * Lead current banking relationships and explore new financing sources; * Support the structuring of operations and assess operational impacts of new products/services; * Prepare reports, presentations, and supporting materials for Committees and Executive Management; * Participate in the integration project for the above activities within companies acquired as part of the group’s inorganic expansion initiative (M&A); * Manage delinquency among recurring subscribers; collaborate with the development team to improve collection attempts. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields; * Prior experience in FinOps (coordination or management level) in areas/topics such as treasury, accounts payable/receivable, and collections; * Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; * Knowledge of databases (big data architecture); * Python and SQL knowledge is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree/MBA in Finance, Strategy, or related fields; * Experience in strategic consulting, auditing, or Big Four firms; * Advanced English proficiency. **Benefits of Joining Our Team:** * Fixed salary; * Meal/food allowance via Flash Benefícios; * Transportation allowance; * Total Pass; * 50% Health Insurance coverage (opt-in basis); * SiM+ Clinic subscription (holder + 5 dependents, free of charge); * Birthday day off; * Pharmacy partnership; * Education institution partnership; * Daycare allowance*; * Itaú partnership for payroll-deducted loans*; * Professional growth opportunities and more!
