Preparation of strategic reports for clients **Job Responsibilities:** * On-site work in the State of Rio de Janeiro (Serrana Region); * Out-of-court and judicial debt negotiation (banking contracts, enforceable instruments); * Conducting inquiries at courts, judicial and non-judicial notary offices; * In-person or online attendance of hearings with judges and court staff; * Execution of external procedural acts when necessary (e.g., accompanying enforcement orders such as seizure, attachment, search and seizure, appraisal, and verification); * Strategic procedural acceleration, aiming for efficiency in enforcement proceedings, monitory actions, search and seizure, and collection lawsuits; * Attendance at hearings as a representative or attorney, where required, conducting negotiations and discussions in credit recovery cases; * Participation in the preparation of strategic reports for clients, highlighting risks, opportunities, and jurisprudential trends; * Active involvement in locating debtors; * External visits to attempt amicable settlements; * Formalization of agreements and collection of signatures; * Strategic support in defining effective enforcement measures for assigned cases; * Strategic coordination with cooperatives, managers, and internal departments to align discussions; * Periodic reporting on results, inquiries conducted, and negotiation status; * Drafting of initial petitions and procedural acceleration motions of low-to-medium complexity, as well as other documents inherent to the role and subject matter. **Requirements:** * Completed Law degree; * Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); * Practical knowledge of credit recovery; * Availability for travel is essential; * Strategic, communicative, and results-oriented profile. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in Banking Law, Corporate Law, or related fields; * Proven experience in law firms or banking legal departments; * Familiarity with the CPJ system for case management and monitoring; * Knowledge of electronic court systems (e-SAJ, PJe, Projudi, Eproc, etc.); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal software. **Benefits:** * Life Insurance: 100% covered by the company; * O&A School: Corporate education center for continuous professional development; * O&A Saúde – Clude: Mental health consultations, nutrition, fitness sessions, and general medical consultations for R$ 45.00 each, with no monthly fee; * Dental Plan (Uniodonto): Partnership with discounted rates; * Educational institution partnerships; * Birthday Day Off — enjoy your special day your way; Provision of Unimed Health Insurance for Legal Entities (terms, pricing table, and clauses established in the contract with O&A, fully funded by the company). * **\*This opportunity is also open to people with disabilities\***
