We are expanding our franchises and strengthening our capabilities. **Job Description** **Role Summary** Responsible for CAM programming, setup, operation, and adjustment of CNC machining centers to ensure the timely, high-quality, and precise manufacturing of tooling parts and components. **Key Responsibilities** * Program parts in CAM systems according to technical drawings and 3D models * Set up, adjust, and operate CNC machining centers * Select appropriate cutting tools and define machining parameters * Interpret technical drawings, geometric tolerances, and project specifications * Monitor and optimize machining processes to improve productivity and quality * Perform complete machine and fixture setup * Monitor tool wear and propose process improvements * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and departmental organization standards (5S) * Support resolution of technical issues during machining operations * Collaborate closely with the tooling team **Qualifications** **Technical Requirements** * Experience as a CAM Programmer and CNC Machining Center Operator * Proficiency in NX CAM software * Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings * Knowledge of cutting tools, materials, and machining processes * Experience with CNC machine setup and adjustments * Familiarity with metrology instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in tooling (molds and fixtures) * Experience with conventional machines (lathes, milling machines, grinders) * Knowledge of ISO/G-code programming * Experience in high-precision machining * Knowledge of continuous improvement and process optimization **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Teamwork * Commitment to deadlines and quality * Strong communication skills **Additional Information** Our Recruitment Process We believe in a transparent and straightforward recruitment process to ensure an excellent fit for both you and our team.
