Together, let’s build the world’s best health community! **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Inventory Recordkeeping:** Register inventory inflows and outflows, determine minimum and maximum stock levels, and monitor fast- and slow-moving items. * **Receiving and Storage:** Receive, inspect, and code medications and supplies, ensuring proper storage according to technical specifications. * **Temperature Control:** Record warehouse temperature in compliance with ANVISA regulations. * **Expiration and Disposal:** Monitor item expiration dates, notify staff about products with less than 60 days remaining, and dispose of expired items per regulatory requirements. * **Stock Replenishment and Kit Assembly:** Prepare and label dialysis room kits and dispense materials as needed. * **Cleaning and Organization:** Maintain a clean and organized workplace, ensuring equipment preservation. * **Ordering and Planning:** Place purchase orders and plan jointly with the Operations Manager. * **Traceability and Collection:** Ensure material traceability, collect medications, and deliver them to the ICU. * **Documentation:** Print patient labels, update inventory records in the system, and register PPE/PCP withdrawals. * **Collaboration:** Collaborate with nursing staff on the dispensing map. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education.
