Join Cimed! **Responsibilities and Duties** Serve the client portfolio assigned by CIMED, analyze opportunities to increase revenue and optimize product mix, develop sales proposals, and implement sell-out actions. The Account Consultant is responsible for ensuring optimal exposure and visibility of our products in pharmacies. Activities include executing merchandising initiatives—such as deploying promotional materials and negotiating shelf space—with the objective of boosting sales and reinforcing the brand. Additionally, the consultant must ensure planogram compliance, maintain appropriate pricing, and guarantee correct brand presentation at the point of sale. It is also their responsibility to prepare reports containing diagnostics and suggestions aimed at continuously improving the sales area. * Deploy visual materials at points of sale to enhance product exposure, making them more attractive to consumers in pharmacies. * Ensure products are positioned according to the planogram (ideal shelf layout), while also maintaining accurate pricing. * Negotiate with pharmacy managers to secure and retain premium shelf space for our brand’s products, including support for launch campaigns and improved positioning on gondolas. * Conduct point-of-sale mapping and prepare periodic reports—including photos, analyses, and improvement suggestions—as well as recommendations for restocking and necessary updates to the display area. * Promote the company’s portfolio, ensuring optimal product presentation and contributing to brand reinforcement both at the point of sale and in the broader market. * Monitor performance indicators—such as product turnover and restocking—to continuously identify opportunities for sales growth. * Act as a strategic liaison between the company and its customers, building and strengthening relationships with commercial partners. * Identify new opportunities to expand brand presence and foster new business. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience as a merchandising promoter, sales representative, and/or demand generator, preferably in the retail segment. * Experience developing strategies for customer reactivation and sales recovery. * Knowledge of stock map analysis and implementation of actions to boost low-turnover products. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and charts) **Additional Information** * A technical assessment may be administered during the hiring process, depending on departmental needs. * Location: Imperatriz - MA * Schedule: Flexible * Work Modality: 100% In-person We are a fully Brazilian company with **yellow blood** flowing through our veins, and we believe everyone across the country deserves access to quality healthcare—after all, medicine has no social class.
