This professional will be responsible for leading initiatives involving multiple systems, business areas, and vendors, ensuring planning, governance, and delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards. Manage two priority projects, with potential support for related initiatives; Develop and review schedules, ensuring clarity on deadlines, responsibilities, and dependencies; Conduct progress meetings with technical and business stakeholders; Identify risks and blockers, and propose action plans; Organize user acceptance testing and oversee deliveries through implementation; Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, business, vendors, data); Act as a facilitator across areas with varying levels of maturity; Ensure executive-level communication regarding status, deviations, and decisions; Support the establishment of governance frameworks and project management best practices. **Requirements:** Mandatory Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on IT projects; Experience managing complex projects and “firefighting” projects involving multiple stakeholders; Experience with system integration, APIs, architecture, and data; Knowledge of agile and traditional (hybrid) methodologies; Ability to develop and manage realistic, executable schedules; Prior experience with ERP, CRM, or corporate platforms; Ability to bridge technical and business language.
