Job Summary: Manage the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, ensuring organization, governance, and standardization of digital assets, acting as a liaison between teams and empowering users. Empower users and teams on digital asset management platforms . **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, ensuring organization, governance, and standardization of digital assets; * Define and maintain taxonomy, metadata, tags, categories, and attributes, ensuring consistency and searchability; * Create and implement governance policies, access controls, security measures, and asset lifecycle management; * Configure and optimize workflows for upload, approval, and publishing, aligning them with brand guidelines; * Map current processes and propose improvements to reduce rework and increase efficiency; * Validate platform functionalities prior to implementation and monitor bug fixes; * Document processes, policies, and best practices to ensure standardization and scalability; * Train users and teams on platform usage, creating supporting materials such as guides and tutorials; * Act as a liaison between Marketing, IT, and business areas, ensuring alignment with brand requirements; * Ensure digital assets meet defined standards for quality, integrity, and compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in digital asset management (DAM); * Knowledge of DAM system functionalities (upload, search, versioning, and publishing); * Knowledge of taxonomy, metadata, and digital asset structuring; * Experience in digital asset governance and definition of access and lifecycle policies; * Experience in workflow management and optimization; * Basic knowledge of file formats (JPEG, PNG, MP4, PDF), compression, resolution, and copyright; * Experience in process documentation and creation of best-practice guides; * Experience in functionality testing and delivery validation; * Analytical skills, organizational ability, and collaborative mindset; * Ability to conduct training sessions and serve as an internal subject-matter expert on the platform.
