Job Summary: Responsible for operating, administering, and maintaining IT laboratories, ensuring equipment and network availability and performance, leading technical analyses, and supporting teams. Strategic culture focused on excellence and innovation Responsible for the operation, administration, maintenance, and technical control of IT laboratories, ensuring the availability, integrity, and performance of equipment, networks, and software. The N5 professional performs high-complexity tasks, leads technical analyses, provides specialized support, participates in projects, and guides professionals at lower levels. All share a common strategic vision focused on excellence in service delivery and solution implementation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Solid experience in technical support, networking, and IT laboratories. * Experience in advanced hardware maintenance, operating systems, and administration of controlled environments. * Perform diagnosis, prevention, and correction of failures in hardware, software, networks, and peripherals. * Execute tests, validations, and certifications of equipment and technological solutions. * Manage high-complexity incidents and support N1–N4 support teams. * Monitor laboratory infrastructure using management and analysis tools. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical course in Information Technology, Networking, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related disciplines is desirable. **Additional Information** We value our employees and therefore offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to promote well-being, security, and quality of life, including: Transportation Benefit – Assistance for daily commuting between residence and workplace.
