Identifying opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation **Job Description:** As a Compliance Auditor, you will conduct internal audits across different company areas (Finance, Operations, Compliance, and IT), evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, regulatory compliance, and identifying improvement opportunities that add business value and mitigate risks. Key Responsibilities Execute audit tests (substantive and control tests) in accordance with the annual audit plan Map processes, identify operational gaps, and propose new controls Prepare clear technical reports highlighting deficiencies and practical recommendations Conduct follow-up on agreed actions with managers of audited departments Support updating the company’s risk matrix Extract and analyze large datasets to identify anomalies or potential fraud (Data Analytics) **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Production Engineering Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, or Internal Controls Experience with Big Four firms is considered a plus Proficiency in the COSO Framework and risk management methodologies Knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/CPC) Advanced Excel (Power BI is a strong plus) Intermediate/Advanced English (for reading international regulations and reports) Preferred Qualifications **Professional Certifications:** CIA, CISA, or CFC Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Totvs, or Oracle) Experience in SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) implementation projects **Benefits:** * Daycare Assistance: monthly reimbursement for children aged 0–6. * Flash Multibenefits Card: R$ 37.00 per day, usable as VA or VR.
