This professional will be responsible for internal customer service, negotiation of commercial terms, quotation and order issuance, after-sales follow-up, and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve customers via telephone, WhatsApp, or in person. * Conduct active prospecting and maintain the customer portfolio. * Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales orders. * Negotiate delivery timelines, payment terms, and discounts within company policies. * Follow up on after-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction. * Support the sales team in promotional campaigns and initiatives. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in internal sales, telemarketing, or related fields. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Negotiation skills and results-oriented mindset. * Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, and sales systems). * Completed high school education. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the company’s industry segment. * Familiarity with CRM or commercial management systems. **Work Location:** Sitio São João - Jangurussu **Working Hours:** Mon–Fri 07:00–12:00, 14:00–17:00 / Sat 08:00–12:00 **Compensation:** Fixed salary + commission **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, meal allowance, bonus.
