Join us and become part of a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties*** Welcome customers and identify their needs to offer suitable solutions. * Register new customers in the SINC system during service interactions. * Verify and update registered customer data in the SINC system, if necessary. * Proactively communicate via phone calls, messages, or email to ensure personalized follow-up. * Conduct follow-ups to confirm customer satisfaction and identify new demands. * Assist in order issuance, information organization, and inventory control. * Negotiate commercial terms—such as price and payment deadlines—in alignment with customer needs. * Offer parts based on promotions, marketing policies, and strategic opportunities—including preventive maintenance recommendations and equipment repairs. * Segment active customers according to acquired equipment and purchasing profiles. * Ensure all active sales are recorded in the CRM or standard spreadsheet and shared with leadership. * Ensure every sale is accompanied by an official invoice. * Ensure counter-based product dispatch complies with Internal Procedure for Parts Commercialization – PIPV-003. * Verify the customer’s credit limit prior to completing any sale. * Finalize sales, organize billing, and coordinate parts delivery, ensuring proof of delivery (signed receipt by authorized person). * Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Serve customers under contractual assistance agreements, issuing invoices and requesting parts in the SINC system per contract clauses. * Request required parts from the warehouse staff via the SINC system, as listed in the delivery note, ensuring compliance with the Internal Inventory Administration Procedure. * Participate in technical and commercial training to expand product and sales knowledge. * Develop emotional intelligence skills to manage diverse customer profiles and challenging situations. * Collaborate with the after-sales coordinator or manager to prospect and manage DSH sales for assigned customers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Willingness to learn and proactive attitude; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Flexibility and ability to work in a team; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS—THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR EMPLOYEES IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond them.
