




Job Summary: We are seeking a Telesales Operator to join our sales team, responsible for customer portfolio management, proactive and reactive customer service, sales, and after-sales support. Main Responsibilities: * Maintenance and management of the customer portfolio; * Proactive and reactive customer service via telephone, WhatsApp, and other channels; * Product presentation and sales; * Monitoring of delinquency indicators; * Execution of after-sales actions focused on customer loyalty; * Coordination with the logistics department to ensure service quality; * Updating and organizing customer information in the system. Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; * Saturday (Remote): 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Mandatory Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and email). Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of the beverage and/or food products sector. * Experience in customer service.
