Job Summary: A professional responsible for product restocking, organization, and maintenance at points of sale, ensuring quality standards and communication with managers. Key Highlights: 1. Product restocking and shelf organization at point of sale 2. Inventory monitoring and performance indicator tracking 3. Interaction with store managers to align visit objectives **Your Responsibilities:** * Restock products at point of sale, ensuring validity and quality * Maintain gondola organization according to standard layout * Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced * Monitor inventory levels and report stockouts * Maintain product presentation and cleanliness * Comply with hygiene, safety, and professional appearance standards * Interact with the point-of-sale manager, explaining the objectives of the visit * Complete reports and track store performance indicators * Work across multiple stores as required for coverage **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in this role is preferred (minimum 1 year) * Willingness to travel between stores (route-based position) * Strong communication skills, discipline, flexibility, and commitment **Benefits:** * All benefits applicable to permanent employees **Employment Type:** Permanent CLT (this position covers temporary absences but is part of the permanent staff) Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.623,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Food basket * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
