Management of KPIs and commercial strategies **Opportunity: Pre-owned Vehicle Sales Manager** We are looking for a **Pre-owned Vehicle Sales Manager** to lead a team and drive commercial development, ensuring high performance, excellence in customer service, and sustainable results. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and develop the sales team to ensure achievement of targets; * Plan commercial strategies and initiatives to improve results; * Monitor KPIs, forecast, and operational performance; * Ensure high-quality customer service and an exceptional purchasing experience; * Manage vehicle inventory, pricing, and flow; * Prospect new business opportunities and partnerships; * Ensure compliance with company policies, internal processes, and standards. **Requirements:** * **Proven sales experience in the automotive sector (pre-owned vehicles is a plus);** * Experience managing teams; * Strong analytical ability, strategic vision, and results orientation; * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; * Availability for on-site work. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with large dealership networks or structured pre-owned vehicle operations; * Consistent track record of delivering results; * Inspirational leadership profile focused on people development.
