




Job Summary: We are seeking Partnership Managers to manage strategic relationships between the real estate developer and real estate agents/brokerages, strengthening partnerships and driving sales. Boost sales performance of developments We are looking for two **Partnership Managers** to manage strategic relationships between the **real estate developer** and **partner agents and brokerages**. These professionals will be responsible for strengthening partnerships, expanding the agent network, ensuring excellent service delivery, and boosting sales performance of developments. **Responsibilities** * Attend to, monitor, and support the developer’s partner agents * Develop and strengthen relationships with local brokerages and agents * Conduct commercial training on products, new launches, and processes * Support agents in negotiations and closing sales * Create strategies to activate and engage the partner base * Organize events, site visits, on-site sales shifts, and commercial initiatives * Act as the liaison between the developer, internal teams, and external partners * Monitor partnership performance indicators **Requirements** * Experience in the real estate market of **Itapema and surrounding areas** * Prior experience as a **Real Estate Agent** * Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills * Experience in servicing and managing agents/partners * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile * Knowledge of real estate launches and off-plan sales **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience as a Partnership Manager, Commercial Coordinator, or Relationship Manager * Active portfolio of agents and brokerages in the region * Experience with real estate developers or construction companies Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3.108,15 – R$13.243,49 per month
