




MOTOCA is the most traditional Honda motorcycle dealership in Maranhão, with over 40 years in the market. MOTOCA’s journey began in 1978, when it was located at Praça Tiradentes in the center of Imperatriz, operating as an annex to the Volkswagen dealership—owned by the same group—and was merely a \"small door.\" In 1981, as the business expanded and workshop standardization became necessary, the building on Avenida Dorgival Pinheiro was constructed. In 1995, we relocated to our current facility on BR-010 (Maranhão Novo). Many customers and friends were gained during this period. This is our greatest asset—the factor that most propelled our growth and continues to contribute today toward maintaining our brand’s absolute leadership in the regional market. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate, monitor, and guide the online sales team; * Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets; * Monitor performance indicators (conversion rate, customer service, follow-up, revenue); * Organize and standardize the sales process, ensuring fluidity and agility; * Conduct alignment meetings, provide feedback, and deliver ongoing training; * Monitor lead distribution and customer responses; * Implement strategies to increase sales and enhance customer experience; * Integrate and align the department with marketing, showroom, and other dealership areas; * Manage information, reports, and records in the CRM and other digital platforms; * Support the development of marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives. **Requirements:** * Leadership skills, team management ability, and talent for developing people. * Knowledge of digital sales processes, sales funnel management, and target-based performance management. * Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal relationship skills. * Proactive mindset, strategic vision, and results orientation. * Proficiency in CRM tools, online customer service platforms, and digital systems.
