Lead the team in customer service, ensuring quality standards and excellence. Monitor individual and collective targets, encouraging achievement of results. Assist in store organization, merchandise restocking, and basic inventory control. Support shift scheduling and task assignment for the team. Resolve operational issues and assist in conflict mediation. Ensure compliance with internal policies and company procedures. Previous experience as Sales Manager, Store Supervisor, Sales Coordinator, or Department Head may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
