Job Summary: Store Manager responsible for managing store operations, leading the sales team, controlling inventory, and ensuring service excellence and visual merchandising. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on service excellence and visual merchandising We are a retail company. **Requirements:** \- Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields is preferred); \- Prior experience in management roles (e.g., store manager, assistant store manager, or team leader in retail); \- Leadership, negotiation, and people management skills; \- Knowledge of inventory control and sales performance indicators; \- Proficiency with management systems and Microsoft Office suite; **\- Availability to work at a shopping mall.** **Responsibilities:** \- Manage store operations, ensuring goal achievement and service excellence; \- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team; \- Control inventory, conduct stocktaking, and manage restocking orders; \- Monitor performance indicators (sales volume, average transaction value, product turnover rate); \- Ensure store organization, standardization, and visual merchandising; \- Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including cash register operations; \- And other related duties.
