FACISLITO is a packaging company seeking a talented Commercial Account Manager to join its team and contribute to continuous growth. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Serving key customers. · Managing orders and deliveries. · Managing and expanding the company’s customer portfolio. · Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers. · Identifying business opportunities and creating strategies to increase sales. · Leading the sales team by providing guidance and support. · Analyzing sales results and proposing improvements. · Collaborating with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure excellence in service. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. · Prior experience in commercial account management or B2B sales. · Strong negotiation and communication skills. · Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis. · Proactivity and ability to work effectively in a team. **MONTHLY SALARY:** R$ 18.000,00 **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00, and Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a 1-hour lunch break.
