




Job Summary: The CS Farmer is responsible for revenue expansion within the customer base, ensuring continuous value delivery, satisfaction, and retention through relationship management and expansion strategies. The CS Farmer’s **core function** is: **Expand revenue within the customer base and support retention, satisfaction, and ongoing platform usage.** **Key Responsibilities: Revenue Expansion (Core Function)** * Identify **upsell and cross-sell** opportunities within the customer base * Lead expansion conversations in a **consultative and value-driven** manner * Drive expansion across: * Volume * Plans * Channels * New modules / solutions * Be accountable for **portfolio growth results** **2. Relationship Management and Perceived Value** * Maintain active relationships with customers in the portfolio * Serve as the strategic point of contact for account evolution * Ensure customers understand and continuously use their contracted solutions * Support customer **satisfaction and loyalty** **3. Retention Support** * Support retention efforts through relationship management and expansion * Proactively intervene when risk signals are identified in the relationship * Collaborate with internal teams to sustain the active customer base **4. Portfolio Commercial Management** * Update CRM with commercial interactions and opportunities * Monitor the expansion pipeline * Report on portfolio revenue performance **Expected Profile** * Prior experience as a **CS Farmer or in a revenue-expansion-focused role** * Practical experience in **revenue expansion within the customer base** * Commercial, consultative, and results-oriented profile * Ability to lead expansion negotiations * Portfolio organization and management skills **Differentiators** * Experience with B2B SaaS * Experience with communication solutions, CRM, or technology * Experience in high-growth environments (scale-up / startup) Job Type: Full-time Compensation: R$1,500.00 – R$1,501.00 per month Work Location: On-site
