Market analysis and strategic management with Excel and Power BI **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the commercial department, ensuring organization, performance, and goal achievement. * Lead, develop, and monitor the sales team. * Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and contract continuity. * Prospect and develop new clients, expanding the portfolio and business opportunities. * Engage in direct client contact, negotiations, and sales follow-up. * Manage and monitor commercial contracts, deadlines, terms, and renewals. * Conduct market analyses to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning. * Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs and commercial indicators. * Prepare reports and dashboards using advanced Excel and Power BI to support strategic decision-making. **Requirements:** * Experience in team and commercial area management. * Advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of Power BI. * Experience with KPIs, targets, and indicator-based management. * Strategic, analytical, commercial, and results-oriented profile. * Experience in client portfolio expansion and market development.
