Growth and scaling of technological solutions for the healthcare sector. **COMMERCIAL MANAGER (HEALTHCARE & TECHNOLOGY)** Londrina/PR or surrounding region On-site | PJ Contract We are building and scaling an operation focused on **healthcare technology solutions**, with a platform dedicated to **medical support** and accelerated growth. We seek a **Commercial Manager** with a profile of **strong leadership**, strategic vision, and aggressive execution — someone who does not merely “manage an existing portfolio”, but rather **builds, leads, and scales**. If you have a proven track record of growth, thrive under pressure and performance expectations, and seek a challenge offering autonomy and direct impact on results, this role is yours. **WHAT YOU WILL BUILD** You will be responsible for building and leading the commercial function from scratch, following the operational standards of a large enterprise: * **Establish the commercial area from scratch** (processes, CRM, targets, forecasting, KPIs, cadence, and governance) * Develop strategy and execute predictable growth * Lead high-value consultative negotiations with executive-level decision-makers * Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team (training, performance, and culture) * Ensure continuous alignment with **Marketing**, including data sharing, lead quality, conversion, and funnel optimization (Marketing has its own owner; here, you collaborate at the interface and drive commercial performance). * Engage directly with the **medical community**, understanding objections, language, and purchasing behavior * Serve as the company’s commercial execution reference: process + people + results **PROFILE THAT FITS HERE** * Solid experience in **technology sales** (SaaS, platforms, apps, healthtech, systems) * **Mandatory:** experience establishing a **commercial department from scratch** (genuinely) * Strong leadership experience: management, training, and performance-driven accountability * High negotiation capability and situational awareness * Analytical, organized, and execution-aggressive profile (pipeline, forecasting, and targets) * Strong communication skills with decision-makers and in high-expectation environments * Availability for **100% on-site work in Londrina/PR or surrounding region** **CULTURE (NO FILTER)** Standards here are high. * **Focus is on results** * **Delivery is the standard** * **Pace is intense** * **Excuses do not perform** You will have autonomy, ownership, and space to build — but with accountability proportionate to the scope of the role.
