If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **\#LI\-JC1 **Responsibilities and duties** #### **Your day to day will be:** * Accompany supervisors, sales representatives, and promoters on route; * Ensure excellence in implementing the success photo by monitoring the sales team and managing commercial routines, aiming for strong execution at points of sale and consequently increasing market share; * Comply and ensure compliance with guidelines related to SGI - Integrated Management System: Food Safety, Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment; * Develop team members by transmitting organizational, behavioral, and technical skills to motivate, train, and guide them toward achieving departmental and Solar goals. **Requirements and qualifications** #### **What you need to have:** * Completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields; * Technical knowledge in Sales, Distribution, Trade Marketing, and Financial Statements; * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Experience in this role or in related positions within the sales area. #### **It will be a differentiator if you:** * Hold a postgraduate degree in Business Management; * Have advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Working Hours:** **Additional Information** #### **See other benefits of being Solar:** To care for your health and safety: * Health plan with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine service offering multiple specialties, including telepsychology; * Dental plan; * Emotional Health Program; * Wellhub (fitness center network); * Life insurance.
