




Job Summary: The professional will conduct prospecting of new clients, manage a retail client portfolio, perform post-sales activities, establish commercial networking, and handle client recovery and protection. Focus on customer retention and portfolio profitability **Responsibilities:** Conduct daily visits within the assigned territory to prospect new clients (PAP); Meet daily targets for prospecting, service sales, and product sales; Manage a retail client portfolio; Visit clients; Perform post-sales activities and periodic visits (delight and monetize); Establish commercial networking and retention initiatives (thoroughly understand the operating region, opinion leaders, local influencers, and remain attentive to opportunities); Handle client recovery and protection to enhance portfolio profitability; Participate in training sessions and continuously update knowledge regarding our products, processes, and services (demonstrate proactive attitude and self-leadership). **Requirements:** Completed high school education; bachelor’s degree completed or in progress is a plus but not mandatory; Experience in external sales; Experience negotiating with large clients, sales, prospecting, and developing relationship-building and loyalty strategies; Existing client portfolio in the region; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
