




Job Summary: An external sales professional responsible for prospecting, managing, and retaining customers, with a focus on profitability and continuous learning. Key Highlights: 1. Customer recovery and retention activities **Responsibilities:** Conduct daily visits within your assigned territory to prospect new customers (PAP); Meet daily targets for prospecting, service sales, and product sales; Manage a retail-profile customer portfolio; Visit customers regularly; Perform post-sales follow-up and periodic visits (delight and monetize); Build commercial networks and implement loyalty initiatives (thoroughly understand your operating region, opinion leaders, local influencers, and identify opportunities); Carry out customer recovery and retention efforts to improve portfolio profitability; Participate in training sessions and stay continuously updated on our products, processes, and services (demonstrate proactive leadership and self-leadership). **Requirements:** Completed high school education; a completed or ongoing undergraduate degree is an advantage but not mandatory; Experience in external sales; Experience negotiating with large-scale clients, sales, prospecting, and developing relationship-building and loyalty strategies; Existing customer portfolio within the region; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
