Opportunity for continuous development **Responsibilities:** Conduct daily visits within your assigned area to prospect new customers (PAP); Meet daily targets for prospecting, service sales, and product sales; Manage a retail-profile customer portfolio; Visit customers; Perform after-sales service and periodic visits (delight and monetize); Establish commercial networking and retention initiatives (thoroughly know your operating region, opinion leaders, local influencers, and remain attentive to opportunities); Engage in customer recovery and protection efforts to enhance portfolio profitability; Participate in training programs and continuously update your knowledge of our products, processes, and services (demonstrate proactive attitude and self-leadership). **Requirements:** Completed high school education; bachelor’s degree completed or in progress is a plus but not mandatory; Experience in field sales; Experience negotiating with large-scale clients, sales, prospecting, and developing relationship-building and loyalty strategies; Existing customer portfolio in the region; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
