We are looking for a **Store Assistant** to join the **Mecânico Store** team, focused on **supporting the store’s general operational demands**. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Operating the cash register for sales recording, handling the system, verifying change, organizing documents, checking authenticity of received payments, providing daily cash reconciliation at shift end and performing additional reconciliations with leadership as needed. * Supporting the Multichannel Leader in unloading products arriving from distribution centers (CDs). * Monitoring product and invoice verifications, product transfers, order picking, restocking, invoicing, and merchandise addressing in the showroom; reporting inconsistencies to the Multichannel Leader, Supervisor, and/or Store Manager. * Printing and removing promotional posters from the showroom on a weekly basis. * Handling Retira (online pickup) orders (website and in-store): verifying products, packing lists, stamping, testing electrical items, delivering orders, and processing order confirmations. * Conducting post-sale follow-up: contacting customers by phone who have not collected their Retira orders within the stipulated timeframe. * Operating the manual pallet jack when required in-store, including moving products and maintaining proper care of this work tool. * Ensuring proper maintenance of warehouse equipment (computers, printers, scanners, and pallet jacks), reporting any maintenance needs promptly. * Restocking merchandise whenever necessary. * Conducting daily inventory counts and investigating potential discrepancies. * Performing supplementary tasks as requested by leadership. * Participating in internal training sessions whenever requested by leadership. **What we require:** * Completed high school education **Desired knowledge/skills:** * Microsoft Office Suite * Computer literacy ✨ **What we offer:** CLT employment contract Medical assistance with co-payment, extendable to dependents Dental assistance Flexible benefits program Transportation allowance Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT Salary: R$2.227,00 – R$2.300,00 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
