Execute product return activities for non-conforming items received. Perform administrative tasks in the procurement department. Verify invoices against corresponding purchase orders for proper data entry. Deliver purchased materials to the requester, if necessary. Issue third-party production orders. Input MRP demand information. Assist in all departmental activities. Requirements: Technical or vocational training, or incomplete undergraduate degree (Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields); Intermediate Excel skills; 1–2 years of experience in the role.
