




Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring and managing contract renewals, handling customer service to ensure satisfaction, managing information in the system, and proposing strategies. Conduct analysis and propose strategies for contract retention. **Requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields * Prior experience in inside sales, after-sales, or customer success; * Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * Experience with TOTVS system is a plus. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and manage contract renewals, conducting commercial negotiations while maintaining contractual balance; * Strategically handle customer service (SAC) to ensure customer satisfaction; * Keep the management system updated, ensuring accurate customer information; * Conduct analysis and propose strategies for retaining contracts and key customers.
