The Quero-Quero Store Manager Program is an opportunity for retail leaders with an entrepreneurial profile who wish to advance their careers in one of the country’s largest Home & Construction companies. _What will you do? Initially, you will join our store manager training program, learning about our culture and participating in leadership and company-process training sessions, combining theoretical and practical experiences to integrate your knowledge and prepare you to manage one of our branches. After completing your training, you will: - Manage one of our branches; - Deliver and ensure high-quality customer service and strong relationships with the local community, our customers, and suppliers; - Promote team motivation and engagement by fostering a positive work environment aligned with company values; - Lead and train your team to achieve the company’s expected results; - Monitor and manage branch performance; - Ensure execution of team tasks and daily store operations. _Who are we looking for? Retail team leaders from Rio Grande do Sul (RS), Santa Catarina (SC), Paraná (PR), Mato Grosso do Sul (MS), and São Paulo (SP) states, with experience in construction materials and/or electronics, furniture, or financial services, and availability for travel and relocation.
