Monitor daily KPIs (daily reporting, year-on-year progress). Plan commercial initiatives to boost sales. Train, develop, and engage sales staff. Define routines, individual goals, and performance tracking. Ensure excellence in customer service. Maintain store organization, correct product presentation, and visual merchandising (VM). Manage inventory, stockouts, and restocking. Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and standards. Manage cash handling, expenses, and operational KPIs. Submit reports and communicate with regional management / executive leadership. Adhere to work schedules, timekeeping, and administrative routines.
