Job Summary: A professional to assist the store manager, coordinate the team, manage restaurant operations and inventory, ensuring product quality and routine compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Vacation and shift scheduling ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Assist the store manager. * Assume responsibility for restaurant operations during shifts. * Plan, correct, and monitor team activities. * Control employee vacations and shift schedules. * Manage inventory. * Supervise product expiration dates and quality. * Support general store activities. * Perform other duties pertinent to the position. **Working Hours:** 2:40 PM to 11:00 PM **Schedule:** Weekdays and weekends, with one weekly day off plus one Sunday off per month. **Requirements:** Applicants must be over 18 years of age. Availability and flexibility regarding working hours.
