Hunting Consultoria specializes in corporate consulting services and provides strategic solutions for business development. **Responsibilities:** Ensure accurate monthly cost closings. Proactively and reactively address productivity and budget deviations. Protect margin, cash flow, and overall operational performance. Planning \& Control: Implement a centralized planning methodology. S-curve. Physical-financial schedule. Procurement schedule. Last Planner. Ensure adherence to unit and overall project costs. Engineering Management: Develop, hold accountable, and support resident engineers. Guarantee fulfillment of the contracted scope. Serve as technical and decision-making support. Contractual Management, Claims, and Requests: Identify contractual risks and opportunities. Structure technical and financial claims. Convert design changes into revenue addenda. Safeguard the economic-financial balance of contracts. Executive Reporting: Weekly presentations to senior management. Income Statement (DRE) per project. Schedule analysis. Risks and deviations. Corrective actions. Bachelor’s degree required.
