Key Responsibilities: * Manage daily store operations, ensuring excellence in customer service * Lead, train, and develop the sales team * Monitor goals and performance indicators (sales, average transaction value, conversion rate) * Organize staff schedules, working hours, and team requirements * Ensure store organization, visual merchandising (VM), and brand standards * Manage inventory, goods receipts, and dispatches * Act strategically to increase sales and enhance customer loyalty Requirements: * Proven experience as a store manager or assistant store manager (preferably in fashion retail) * Proactive, organized profile with strong communication skills * Leadership and people management skills * Focus on goals and results * Flexible availability, including weekends Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$3.500,00 – R$10.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Company mobile phone * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Experience: * Sales and management (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
