The professional will be responsible for conducting strategic negotiations, monitoring the project portfolio, organizing store operations, and strengthening partnerships with builders, real estate agencies, architects, and customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Leading the team of consultants and daily development. * Recruiting, selecting, and training new consultants. * Monitoring strategic negotiations and supporting deal closures. * Managing the project portfolio with full focus on conversion. * Distributing operational tasks within the store. * Planning commercial actions and events with partners. * Building relationships with architects and strategic partners. * Post-sale follow-up with the Installation Supervisor. * Monitoring key commercial performance indicators. **Requirements:** * Experience in commercial management. * Leadership and organizational capabilities. * Analytical, strategic, and goal-oriented profile. * Retail, decoration, or custom furniture experience is a plus. **What We Are Looking For:** An energetic, disciplined individual with commercial vision and proven ability to elevate results.
