Job Summary: The OXXO Store Attendant is responsible for opening and closing the cash register, ensuring excellence in customer service, resolving conflicts, and maintaining store organization. Identify operational risks and resolve them or report to the supervisor Main Responsibilities of the OXXO Store Attendant: Opening and closing the cash register; Ensuring excellence in customer service; Providing the best shopping experience for customers; Resolving conflicts; Keeping the store’s system and routines up to date; Ensuring compliance with processes and procedures; Ability to identify operational risks and initiative to resolve and/or report to the Shift Supervisor and/or Supervisor.
